Are you licensed and qualified?
Yes. We are a licensed Kansas home health agency. Our employees are required to take a background check. They also are required to complete a safety training program administered by a qualified insurance carrier to enhance safety skills, prevent injuries and most importantly, save lives.
What are the cost of your home care services?
The cost of in-home care varies based on your geographic location, hours of service required, and the types of services being provided. An initial assessment will help determine what type of care options are best suited to meet your needs.

Do I pay the caregiver directly?
You never have to pay caregivers directly. We understand that your time is best spent with your loved one. That is why you will never have to worry about managing the financial and legal obligations of employing a caregiver. You (or an authorized representative) will only be invoiced after your home health care services are completed. We will never ask you to pay your caregiver additional fees.
Do I need a physicians authorization for your services?
We don't require pre-authorization, certification or a prescription for services. You choose the home health care services you want, when to start and how often you need our services. We'll even help you coordinate with your insurance company if needed!
Can Home Sweet Home Care Services Agency help with medications?
We can take care of medication administering for your loved one while under our care. That can include anything from picking up medication to administering it to your loved one. If you have more questions or concerns about helping with medications, please call 816-492-2112.
Can I change or discontinue the services my loved one receives?
We are here to help you and your loved ones. At any time, you can change the type or frequency of their home health care services as needed. We try to be as flexible as possible with your loved one’s care given how quickly their needs can change.
How is the privacy of my personal information maintained?
We abide by all applicable federal and state guidelines related to the privacy of personal and health care information. This begins at the first point of contact before we even come to your family member's home. We respect and advocate for you and your loved one’s privacy and will use discretion at your request.
Your information is never sold to a third party under any circumstances. The only employees who will have access to your information are the owner and caregivers who are working directly to provide home health care services for your loved one.
